FOLLOWER CALCULATOR
How many of your followers could become paying subscribers?
Enter your followers, how often you share your link in Stories and your price. The calculator applies published Story reach, link-click and purchase benchmarks to estimate a range of new paying subscribers in your first month and after a year. It is an estimate from market research, never a promise.

ESTIMATE, NOT A PROMISE
0–5
new paying subscribers in your first month of sharing your link
About AED 52–AED 1,007 a month from them at your price.
After twelve months of the same sharing: 2–15 subscribers from the people who see your Stories today, before cancellations.
With 4 more link Stories a month: 0–7 in the first month. Repeating your link helps the people who already watch you, then levels off; the most your current Story audience could give at these rates is 3–15. Reaching more people raises that ceiling.

- Story reach for your tier: 9.55%–10.4% of followers see at least one frame of a Story. The same people tend to watch each Story, so more Stories do not add viewers.
- Link-sticker click-through: a 1%–5% chance per viewer per link Story (creator reports; no industry benchmark exists). Over several Stories the chance of a visit is 1 − (1 − rate)^Stories, which levels off.
- Visit to paid subscriber: 0.72%–2.89% of the people who visit. These are retail e-commerce purchase rates; no published benchmark exists for coaching subscriptions.
- Only Stories are modelled, not your bio link, posts or other channels. New followers, audience turnover, cancellations and refunds are not modelled.
Estimates apply published averages to your inputs. They are not a prediction or promise of results; your content, audience, offer and price change the real number. Sources and methodology
How we calculate
People who see your Stories
Followers × Story reach for your follower tier, from Socialinsider’s Stories benchmarks. Reach is the share of followers who view at least one frame, and the same people tend to watch each Story, so more Stories do not add viewers.
Visits
Each viewer has a 1-5% chance of opening one link Story, the range creators report (no industry benchmark exists). Across several Stories the chance that a viewer visits at least once is 1 − (1 − rate)^Stories: it rises quickly, then levels off.
Subscribers
Visitors × purchase conversion of 0.72-2.89%. These are Dynamic Yield’s retail e-commerce purchase rates, from high-consideration retail to the EMEA average; no published benchmark exists for coaching subscriptions.
After twelve months
The same formula over twelve months of the same sharing, from the same Story audience. It never exceeds the people who see your Stories × conversion. New followers, audience turnover and cancellations are not modelled.
Your engagement
If you enter or connect your engagement rate, reach is scaled by your rate compared with the 0.48% average, within limits.

What moves your number
- Share regularly: each link Story gives the people who already watch you another chance to tap, though the gain levels off.
- Reach more people: the audience who sees your Stories sets the ceiling, and repeating a Story does not raise it.
- Use more frames: Story reach rose from 6.3% for one frame to 20.5% by the sixth.
- Mix link Stories with ordinary ones: link stickers can reduce replies and shares.
- Make the offer clear: say who it is for, the price and what they get each day.
- Followers who never see your offer can’t subscribe.
- Stories are one channel: your bio link, posts, Reels and existing clients are not in this estimate.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a prediction of my results?
No. It applies published averages to your inputs and shows a range. Your content, audience, offer and price change the real number.
Can I use my real Instagram numbers?
After you sign up, you can connect an Instagram professional account to fill in your follower count and recent engagement. We read those numbers once and do not keep access to your account.
Why are the numbers lower than influencer marketing claims?
Because most followers do not see any single Story, and most people who see an offer do not buy. The ranges use published benchmarks rather than best cases.
