A worked example
120 subscribers at AED 199 a month bring AED 23,880 in subscriptions. Commission is 25% on the first 100 subscribers and 20% on the next 20: AED 5,771 in total, 24.17% overall. That leaves AED 18,109 before payment processing, AI usage at cost and tax, about 72 sessions at AED 250.

Frequently asked questions
Why does the overall commission fall as I grow?
Commission is marginal: each band keeps its own rate, from 25% for your first 100 paying subscribers down to 10% above 1,000, so the overall share falls as more subscribers sit in lower bands.
Is this what I will earn?
No. It is arithmetic on the numbers you enter. Real results depend on how many people subscribe, how long they stay, refunds and your costs.
What does the sessions comparison mean?
It divides the amount before other costs by your usual session rate, to show how many one-to-one sessions would earn the same.
