Nutrition coaching that follows your guidance

Available soon

Offer a higher-priced workout and nutrition tier. You teach your nutrition approach through cases, recipes and calorie methods; subscribers get weekly meal plans, recipes and grocery lists that follow it, and log meals with a food diary, photos and barcode scanning.

What it does

  • Builds weekly meal plans from your recipes, rules and each subscriber’s targets and preferences.
  • Suggests approved recipe swaps and consolidates a weekly grocery list.
  • Keeps a food diary with corrections, favourites and weekly check-ins.
  • Estimates foods and portions from a meal photo for the subscriber to confirm.
  • Reads packaged foods by barcode for the subscriber to confirm.

What your subscriber sees

  • A week of meals with recipes, portions and a shopping list.
  • Editable estimates: nothing is logged until they confirm it.
  • Their progress against the targets you set.

What you control

  • Your nutrition teaching, recipes and calorie methods, evaluated before release.
  • Each client’s calorie target and meal-plan edits.
  • An exceptions queue for decisions outside your rules.

How a nutrition week works

  1. Your teaching

You teach your approach through cases, recipes and calorie methods, evaluated before release.

  2. Targets

You set each client’s calorie target, or let your method set it within your rules.

  3. The weekly plan

The subscriber gets a week of meals with recipes and portions, and swaps you allow.

  4. Shopping

A consolidated grocery list covers the week, using what they already have where possible.

  5. Logging

The food diary takes typed entries, meal photos and barcodes; estimates are only saved once confirmed.

  6. Check-in

A weekly check-in compares progress with the targets you set; anything outside your rules comes to your exceptions queue.

Frequently asked questions

Does nutrition cost the subscriber more?

Yes, if you offer it. Nutrition is a separate, higher-priced tier that you price yourself, on top of workouts.

Can I edit a subscriber’s meal plan?

Yes. You can set each client’s calorie target and edit their meal plan; decisions outside your rules go to your exceptions queue.

Is this medical nutrition advice?

No. Plans follow the general guidance and limits you teach, and decisions outside your rules go to your exceptions queue. It is coaching, not medical nutrition therapy.

Can subscribers choose nutrition only?

No. Nutrition is an optional tier on top of training: workout only, or workout and nutrition.
