FEATURE · SUBSCRIBER APP

A day-by-day training app with your name on it

Included

Subscribers open an app with your name, colours and icon that guides them day by day: today’s workout, exercise cues, set logging, rest timers and swaps you approved. It keeps working offline in the gym and reports pain to you in one tap.

What it does

  • Shows the plan by day, with each session’s exercises, sets and targets.
  • Logs reps, load, effort and notes, with rest timers between sets.
  • Keeps working offline and syncs when the connection returns.
  • Offers only the exercise swaps you approved.
  • Pauses the workout and alerts you when pain is reported.

What your subscriber sees

  • Your brand: name, colours, logo and an installable home-screen icon.
  • Today’s session first, then the week ahead.
  • An Arabic-ready right-to-left layout.

What you control

  • Your app design in the Design Studio.
  • Approved exercise alternatives.
  • Corrections to logged sets, kept with a history.

A session, step by step

  1. Open Today

The day’s session comes first, with the week ahead below it.

  2. Start the guided session

Each exercise shows its cues, sets and targets, one step at a time.

  3. Log each set

Reps, load, effort and a note, saved on the device even without a connection.

  4. Rest

A rest timer counts down between sets, using the rest you set in the plan.

  5. Swap if needed

Only the alternatives you approved are offered.

  6. Finish

The session is saved and synced; completed work feeds the next plan decision and the progress page.

Frequently asked questions

Can subscribers see why their plan changed?

Yes. When the Brain changes a session, the subscriber sees the reason in plain language, and a note when you are reviewing a change yourself.

Do subscribers need to download anything?

No store download is needed. Subscribers open your app in their browser and can add it to their home screen with your name and icon.

Does it work without a connection?

Yes. A workout opened online can be saved for offline use. Set logs stay on the device and sync when the connection returns, and the app shows when syncing is incomplete.

Is it available in Arabic?

The layout is Arabic-ready, including right-to-left pages. Full Arabic translation of the interface is not yet available.
