Frequently asked questions

Can messages include photos?

Yes. Subscribers and trainers can attach photos and PDFs to messages, for example a meal, a form check or a document.

What if the digital coach does not know the answer?

It does not guess. Anything outside your published teaching is handed to you, and your answer can become teaching.

Can I schedule check-ins?

Yes. Scheduled follow-up messages go out when you plan them, to subscribers with an active membership.

Will subscribers think the digital coach is me?

No. Digital replies are labelled, and subscribers accept the AI disclosure when they join.

What happens when a subscriber reports pain?

The workout pauses and you are alerted. Pain, medical issues and red flags are routed to you by rules enforced in code, outside the AI, so no prompt or setting can switch them off. Normal training stays paused until you review it.
