IncludedInvite staff coaches and finance members to your workspace. Staff see coaching screens but not finance, design or ownership settings; finance members see earnings, statements and payouts but not coaching conversations. You keep ownership of the brand and the Brain.

The new member signs in with their own account; nobody shares a password.

Change a role or remove a member at any time; every change is recorded.
Frequently asked questions
Can staff coaches reply to subscribers?
Yes. Staff coaches work in the coaching screens, including chat, and subscribers see one brand whichever coach replies.
Can a finance member read subscribers’ messages?
No. Finance members see the overview, finance and settings, not coaching conversations or coaching data.
What happens when I remove a team member?
They lose access to your workspace, and the removal is recorded with who made it and when.
Who owns the brand and the Brain?
The owner. Staff coaches work inside your method but cannot change ownership, design or finance settings.
Does each team member need their own account?
Yes. Everyone signs in with their own account, so every action is attributed to the person who took it.
Can a staff coach see my earnings?
No. Staff roles cannot open finance, design or ownership settings.
