How bookings work

  1. Set your policy

    Choose your cancellation window: how long before a session a subscriber can cancel with a refund.

  2. Publish sessions

    Add one-off or weekly recurring sessions with a time, capacity, location and an optional price.

  3. Subscribers book

    They see your upcoming sessions and reserve a place, paying by card in AED when the session has a price.

  4. Reminders

    Subscribers are reminded of a booked session within the day before it.

  5. Cancellations

    When a subscriber cancels within your policy, the refund happens automatically.

  6. After the session

    Mark attendance or a no-show, and export your sessions to your calendar.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when a subscriber does not show up?

You mark the booking as a no-show after the session. Refunds follow your cancellation policy, which subscribers see before they pay.

Where do sessions take place?

Wherever you set. Each session has a location, so you can run in-person sessions in a gym, a studio or outdoors, alongside online coaching.

Can I run free sessions too?

Yes. A session’s price is optional, so you can publish free sessions for your subscribers alongside paid one-to-one sessions.

Can subscribers add bookings to their own calendar?

Yes. They can download their booked sessions as a calendar file.

Do paid sessions carry commission?

Session payments follow the booking fee in your finance policy, shown on your statement, and are separate from the subscription commission bands.
