What happens when a subscriber reports pain

  1. Pause

    The workout pauses the moment pain is reported, or when a worrying message arrives in chat or intake.

  2. Alert

    You are alerted and the item appears in your review queue.

  3. Review

    You see what was reported and the subscriber’s context.

  4. Decide

    Resume training, change the plan or keep it paused, with a note the subscriber sees.

  5. Escalate

    If a safety hold is not reviewed in time, it escalates until someone decides.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI decide whether pain is serious?

No. Any pain report pauses training and comes to you; the AI does not judge whether it is serious. You decide what happens next.

Can I add my own red flags?

Yes. You can add terms that also pause training and topics that come to you for review. You cannot remove or weaken the floor.

What happens when a subscriber reports pain?

The workout pauses and you are alerted. Pain, medical issues and red flags are routed to you by rules enforced in code, outside the AI, so no prompt or setting can switch them off. Normal training stays paused until you review it.

Can I switch safety routing off?

No. Safety routing is part of the platform, not a setting, and applies to every trainer.
